Experience construction worker specializing in framing, finish carpentry and tile needed for new home construction and renovations.

Experience:

At least 2 years of verifiable experience in residential framing.

Ability to interpret construction plans, read blueprints, sketches, and drawings for carpentry projects of all types.

Ability to lift/carry heavy pieces of material or structures.

Be able to perform the supply and placement of CCTV system, surveillance cameras, with demotic means, smart homes, real-time monitoring through mobile devices. 

Be able to perform supply and placement of hardie materials in all modalities, such as ventilated panels, soilds, lap siding, hardie shingle, stepped panel, straight panel and trim. 

Be able to supply and install solar systems.

Responsiblities:

Keep the site clean and organized at all times by putting away tools and materials after use, sweeping up, and performing other cleaning tasks.
Follow safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols while on the job, including wearing proper safety clothing and gear.

​

Opportunities:

40 hours a week -- Pay every Friday.
